Effective Monday June 18th, 2018 Niles City Hall's hours of operation will change to 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30am - 11:30am on Fridays. 

Telephone operators for the City of Niles are located at the Law Enforcement Complex.  Operators will remain on an 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday schedule until at least the end of June when their schedules will be re-evaluated.  Until then, to reach an office at City Hall before 8 am or after 5pm you will need to input the extension number you are trying to reach.  The City's phone system offers easy options for determining what office or extension number you may need.

The City Council voted to change the hours of City Hall operations to accomodate those residents & customers who require access to city services and utility bill payments before the normal 8am work day and beyond the normal 5pm close of business day.  

The City of Niles will make every effort to ensure that residents are aware of the new hours prior to the switch on June 18th.  If you have questions please don't hesitate to call the City Administrator's office at 683-4700 ext. 3011
